Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, 1 c. cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream, 2 small onions, chopped and 2 stalks celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook squash; drain well and mash.
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 stick of margarine and 1/2 package of stuffing mix.
Place all ingredients mixture in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Melt the 1/2 stick margarine and toss with stuffing mix.
Spread over top of casserole.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
