Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. yellow crookneck squash, sliced, 3 tbsp. carrots, finely grated, 3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook squash, carrot and onion in small amount of salted water until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add sour cream and soup and mix well.
Melt margarine; combine with dressing mix.
Place a layer of dressing mix in bottom of baking dish.
Add squash mixture; top with remaining dressing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
