Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. squash, cooked and drained, 1 c. sour cream, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients except cornbread crumbs.
Sprinkle 2 cups cornbread in bottom of large casserole dish.
Add squash mixture on top of crumbs.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups of crumbs.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
