Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. yellow squash, sliced, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook squash; drain and mash.
Add all other ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter.
Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 350Β° in an ungreased 2-quart casserole for 30 to 40 minutes.
