Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) bag herb dressing or 1 (8 oz.) stove top stuffing (herb flavor), 1 stick butter or margarine and 1 can pimentos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook your squash for 12 minutes; drain.
Mix sour cream, soup, onions, pimentos and water chestnuts; set aside.
When squash is done, mix with sour cream mixture.
Mix your dressing with 1 block butter/margarine, melted.
Put one layer dressing on bottom of casserole dish; add squash mixture.
Add remaining dressing to the top.
Bake or put in microwave for 20 to 25 minutes at 325Β°.
