Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash (yellow or zucchini), 1 onion, sliced, 1 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs, beaten and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook squash and onion in small amount of water. Drain and mash.
Fold in butter, eggs, soup, salt and pepper.
Place in buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
