Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. squash, cooked and mashed, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. milk, 1 small onion, chopped and 1/4 tsp. pepper (black), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix squash, soup, milk, onion, pepper and salt with 7 Ritz crackers, crumbled.
Put in casserole.
Top with another 7 crackers.
Drizzle margarine over this and cover with
French fried onions.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
