Squash Casserole

Made with 2 lb. squash (yellow or zucchini), 1 carrot, finely grated, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chopped squash in salted water until tender.
Drain well. Season with salt, pepper and 1/3 stick oleo.
Add the grated carrot, onion, soup and sour cream.
Melt 1 stick margarine in microwave.
Add to dressing and toss.
