Made with 2 to 3 c. cooked squash or 2 pkg. frozen, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. sharp cheese, grated, 1 1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a baking dish, layer squash, onion, cracker crumbs and cheese.
Repeat to make 3 layers.
