Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 small jar cheez whiz, 2 eggs and 1/2 can chopped chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook squash and drain.
Place Cheez Whiz in bottom of casserole.
Then layer squash, salt and pepper.
Beat eggs, onions and chilies.
Pour half egg mixture in casserole, another layer of squash and add remaining egg mixture.
Toast 2 slices of bread. Crumble over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
