Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium squash, salt and pepper to taste, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion and 1/2 c. cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut squash in medium pieces.
Chop onion; mix with 3 tablespoons butter.
Put in casserole dish.
Cover tight.
Cook in oven about 30 minutes until squash is tender at 350Β°.
Take out and put cheese on top; let melt.
Mix 1/2 cup melted butter with cracker crumbs.
Place on top.
Cover with foil.
Cook 15 minutes.
