Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs. yellow or green squash, cooked, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 carrot, grated and 1 small onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except for stuffing. Sprinkle stuffing in bottom of a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Pour mixture over stuffing.
Sprinkle one cup of stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
