Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sliced uncooked yellow squash, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook squash over low heat until tender; drain well.
Beat eggs; stir into squash with milk, crumbs, cheese and chilies. Spread in a 10-inch casserole dish which has been sprayed.
Dot with butter.
Cover with foil and bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
