Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sliced squash (6 c.), 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. shredded carrot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook squash and onion and drain.
Combine squash, onion, soup, sour cream and carrot.
Combine separately the herb stuffing mix and butter/oleo.
Spread 1/2 of the herb stuffing mixture in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon vegetable mixture over herb stuffing mixture.
Top with remaining herb mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
