Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. carrots, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine soup and sour cream, stir in carrots.
Fold in squash and onions.
Combine stuffing mix and butter.
Spread half of stuffing mix on bottom of 8 x 12 baking dish.
Spoon vegetable mixture on top.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing over vegetables.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
