Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing, 2 lb. cooked squash, drain and mash, 8 oz. carton sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in skillet; add stuffing.
Stir until stuffing is coated.
Place 1/2 dressing in casserole.
Blend together all other ingredients.
Put in baking dish and cover with balance of herb dressing.
Bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes.
