Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked squash, mashed and salted, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 box stove top stuffing mix, 1 c. grated cheese and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix stuffing mix and melted oleo.
Press 1/2 of the mixture in a baking or casserole dish.
Spread the squash over the stuffing. Mix sour cream, onions and cream of chicken soup.
Spread over squash.
Add rest of stuffing mix and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
