Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. frozen squash, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1/2 c. shredded carrots, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 can cheddar cheese soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cook squash per package instructions; drain.
Add onion soup mix, shredded carrots, sour cream, Cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 bag seasoned stuffing and 1/2 cup melted margarine to drained squash.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix remaining seasoned stuffing and 1/2 cup melted margarine together.
Spread on top of squash mixture.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and topping is golden brown.
