Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained, 1 carrot, grated (1 c.), 1 onion, grated (1/4 c.), 1 c. sour cream and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all except stuffing.
In a large buttered casserole dish, put 1/2 of stuffing, then squash mixture.
Place rest of stuffing on top.
