Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook squash and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
Combine soup and sour cream together.
Stir in carrots. Mix squash and onion.
Mix seasoning mix and margarine together and place 1/2 of mixture in bottom of a 7 x 12-inch cooking dish. Spoon in squash and top with remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
