Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained, 1 c. sour cream, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 carrot, grated and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mash squash; add sour cream, soup, carrots and onion.
Add butter to crumbs.
Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbs in casserole.
Spoon squash mixture over crumbs.
Cover with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
