Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small jar pimentos and 1 onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook squash until tender, drain water and mash up.
Add cream of chicken soup, pimentos, onion, carrot, and sour cream; mix well.
Put 1/2 of Pepperidge stuffing in bottom of dish.
Pour squash mixture in dish.
Melt butter and mix with other half of stuffing; spread over top.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
