Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked squash, mashed and drained (about 2 lb.), 1 large onion (cooked with the squash), 1/2 c. grated cheese, 2 tbsp. oleo and 3 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut up squash and onion; cook in water until tender.
Remove from heat, mash and drain.
Then add all other ingredients and stir vigorously.
Pour into a greased casserole baking dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
