Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained well, 1 grated carrot, 1 onion, chopped and microwaved until tender, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

To cooked squash, add carrot, onion, soup and sour cream.
Mix seasoning packet and bread cubes in dressing together.
Pour melted margarine over dressing and mix well.
Add 1/2 of dressing to squash mixture and spoon into buttered casserole.
Sprinkle remaining dressing over top of casserole.
Bake, covered, in a 7 x 11-inch casserole at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
