Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, 3 tsp. butter, 1 c. cracker crumbs, 1 c. grated cheddar or cubed velveeta and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook squash and onion until tender in small amount of water. Remove from heat; add salt, pepper and butter.
Mix cracker crumbs, egg, milk and 1/2 of cheese.
Then add to squash.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how hot your squash is.
