Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. buttercup squash (approximately), 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small container sour cream and 1 small pkg. (16 oz.) herb stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil, drain and mash squash and onion.
Season with butter, pepper and salt.
Add can of cream of chicken soup and container of sour cream.
In separate bowl, mix together stuffing mix and stick of melted butter.
In large casserole (3-quart) layer dressing, squash and dressing.
Bake 30 minutes at 375Β°.
