Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained well, 1 lb. zucchini squash, cooked and drained well, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients together and add 1/2 box Stove Top stuffing (cornbread or herb).
Put in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Add other 1/2 of stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
