Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. yellow squash, sliced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 c. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook squash and onion until partly done; drain.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine sour cream and soup.
Add to squash. Put half of the squash mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup stuffing over mixture.
Add rest of squash mixture. Cover with rest of stuffing.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes.
