Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. cornbread, cheese and 2 onions, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring squash and onions to a boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Blend together cream of chicken soup, milk, cornbread and butter and mix with squash/onions.
