Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. raw squash, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook squash and onion in salt water until tender.
Mix margarine with stuffing.
Put half on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drain squash.
Add soup, sour cream and carrots. Put on top of stuffing in dish.
Put remaining stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Put cheese on top, if you like.
