Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh squash, cooked in salted water, 1 pkg. herb stuffing mix, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together squash, onion, chicken soup and sour cream.
Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.
Mix all stuffing in squash, except a small amount to sprinkle on top before putting in oven. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
