Squash Biscuits
Squash Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can (16 oz.) squash, 1 small onion, diced, 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper, 1 egg and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain all liquids from squash.
Beat in eggs.
Add salt, pepper onion and flour; stir.
Add more flour if needed.
Sprinkle board with flour.
Place squash mixture on board.
Roll out, cut and fry in skillet until brown, or, if desired, spray cookie sheet with oil.
Place biscuits on sheet.
Spray tops of biscuits.
Bake in 350Β° oven until brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
