Squash Biscuits
Squash Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. cooked, sieved squash, 1 cake yeast, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and butter size of an egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in a little water.
Add to the squash the sugar and the softened butter.
Beat well, then turn in yeast; beat once more.
Add sifted flour and stir well with a spoon. Add enough flour to make a stiff batter.
Leave in warm place overnight.
Then turn into greased gem pans and bake in a hot oven.
