Spud Supreme
Spud Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 medium potatoes, 1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream, 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Crumble cornflakes and saute in melted butter.
Boil potatoes in skin.
Cool and slice thin in small pieces.
Heat 1/4 cup butter with soup.
Blend in sour cream, cheese and onion.
Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350Β° covered.
Sprinkle cornflakes on top and bake 15 more minutes.
