Spritz Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
Add extract and coloring, if wanted.
Put through a cookie press and bake in 400Β° oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Be careful to watch so cookies don't get too brown.
