Spritz Cookies
Spritz Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 egg yolks, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
In large bowl, cream the powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and egg until light and fluffy.
Stir in flour and salt; blend well.
Fill cookie press; press dough into desired shapes onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until lightly browned on edges.
Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
Makes approximately 5 dozen cookies.
