Springtime Potatoes
Springtime Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. small new potatoes, 1/2 c. chopped, seeded cucumbers (not peeled), 1/2 c. sliced radishes, 1 tbsp. milk and dash of hot pepper sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Potatoes, any large potatoes.
(Mature potatoes work just as well.)
Cook potatoes in salted water until tender; drain. In a saucepan, combine dip, cucumber, radishes, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Pour prepared sauce over potatoes in serving dish.
