Springtime Lime Slushy
Springtime Lime Slushy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. cold water, 2 qt. lime sherbet and 3 c. ginger ale, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In freezer container, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cold water and sherbet until combined.
Freeze for 4 hours or until set.
Remove from freezer 45 minutes before serving.
For each serving, place 1 cup of slush mixture in a glass; add 1/3 cup ginger ale.
Yields 8 servings.
