Spring Salad
Spring Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 large marshmallows, 1 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drain, but save juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt marshmallows with milk in a double boiler.
Mix cream cheese and dry lemon Jell-O.
Combine nuts, pineapple and mayonnaise; add to the marshmallow mixture.
Cool, then fold in Cool Whip.
