Spring Salad
Spring Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin, c. boiling water, c. cream of asparagus soup, undiluted, . vinegar and . grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add soup, vinegar, onion and mayonnaise.
Stir until blended.
Add peppers and cucumbers. Pour into a 1-quart mold or 6 individual ones.
Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce and garnish with additional mayonnaise, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
