Spring Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg tri-colored pasta, 1/2 stick of pepperoni, 1 green pepper, 1 large onion and 1 pkg. of shredded cheese of your liking, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook pasta until done.
Drain in cold water.
Chop pepperoni, green pepper, onion, cucumbers and add to pasta.
Slice black olives and pour cheese in.
Add italian dressing and chill in fridge for 1 hour.
