Spring Salad
Spring Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 small can shoe peg corn and 1 can french-cut green beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, oil and vinegar; bring to boil, then let cool. Drain the white corn, green beans and peas; put in large bowl. Chop or slice to taste the green pepper, celery and onion (small pieces are better).
Mix the sugar mixture and vegies together. Cover; let set overnight, chilled.
