Spring Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spiral macaroni, 2 to 3 pieces celery, chopped, 1 small onion, 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook, drain and set aside macaroni.
Put celery, onion and eggs in a bowl.
Put sugar, water, vinegar, turmeric and mayonnaise into blender until sugar dissolves.
Pour over macaroni; will be watery.
Refrigerate overnight, stirring frequently.
