Spring Lemonade Salad
Spring Lemonade Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small can frozen lemonade, 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant), 2 c. cool whip and 1 c. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare lemonade as directed on can.
Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup lemonade and let stand 5 minutes.
Mix with pudding and add 1 3/4 cups more lemonade.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until pudding boils.
Cool; fold in Cool Whip, nuts, marshmallows and fruit.
Place in mold or 9 x 13-inch pan and chill until set. May be used as salad or dessert.
