Spring Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 c. flaked coconut, toasted, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained and 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first five ingredients in bowl.
Mix well.
