Spread Cheese
Spread Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheddar, 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1/4 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cheese and sour cream.
Add wine and beat with mixer until well blended.
Stir in herbs (do not beat).
This can be pressed into a 2-cup mold that has been sprayed with nonstick coating or covered container. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
Excellent cracker spread or omelette filling.
