Spoon Rolls
Spoon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 c. warm water, 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 egg, beaten well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.
Melt margarine and cream with sugar in a large bowl.
Add beaten egg.
Add dissolved yeast in creamed mixture.
Add flour and stir until well mixed.
Place in an airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator to chill.
Drop by spoonful in a well-greased pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
