Spoon Rolls
Spoon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 c. warm water, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 4 c. self-rising flour and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 5 minutes.
Combine yeast mixture, butter and flour in large bowl, mixing well.
Stir in egg and sugar.
(Mixture will be a very soft batter.)
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
