Spoon Rolls
Spoon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. warm water, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted and cooled, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Measure water into large bowl with cover, sprinkle dry yeast and dissolve in water.
Add margarine, sugar and egg in order listed; blend well.
Add flour slowly and blend well.
Cover bowl and store in refrigerator until 1 1/2 hours before serving time. Spoon dough into greased muffin pan and let double in size.
Bake at 375Β° until golden brown.
Serve hot.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
