Dissolve yeast in water; beat egg well and add to water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Put in well-greased muffin pan. Bake at 400Β° until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
Dough can be kept in refrigerator a few days.
Bring to room temperature before baking.
